Quality Manager

Our client, a multinational company is seeking a Quality Manager in Lebanon who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control within the manufacturing process. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products consistently meet specified standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO and other applicable regulations.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines for manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure that products are manufactured to meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and facilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to assess product quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and effectiveness.
- Interface with customers and suppliers regarding quality requirements, issues, and improvements.
- Prepare quality reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred in chemistry .
- minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of implementing quality systems and driving improvements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
