A Marketing Service Specialist is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into the database accurately and efficiently. This role is very critical and important for making sure that the data is correct and accurate.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload data from various sources into the company's database, creating promotions that go live on the app..
  • Ensure data is entered with precision and follows established data entry procedures and guidelines.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of entered data to minimize errors.
  • Regularly update and maintain existing data records to ensure their accuracy.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies and maintain data consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Fast learner, dynamic and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and is tech-savvy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication in English and Arabic.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage high volumes of data effectively and with high attention to detail.
