Job Description
As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Lebanon, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution setting, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned locations to help deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and commitment to providing outstanding customer service will support a secure environment for staff and visitors. With a focus on teamwork, reliability, and integrity, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and secure atmosphere, reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, innovation, and putting people first.

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting employees, visitors, and/or vendors as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and support a security-minded environment.Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual circumstances encountered during patrols or during assigned duties.Assist with controlling access to the premises by verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the location.Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment.Complete required documentation and incident reports promptly and accurately as directed by site policies.Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
