Job Title: Jr. Site Engineer
Location: Africa
We are looking for a motivated and tough-minded Jr. Site Engineer to join our team in Africa. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision and ensure work is executed as per plans.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, team members, and management.
- Support in identifying and resolving on-site technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in site meetings and assist in reporting.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong personality with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of English and French (spoken).
- Ability to relocate and join immediately.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fresh Graduates
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to on-site challenges
- Fluency in English and good in french (spoken)
