This internship provides hands -on experience in social work practices within a nonprofit environment, fostering personal growth and professional development under the guidance of experienced field practitioners. You will contribute to program implementation, engage with vulnerable communities, and help drive sustainable change in alignment with our core values of compassion, equity, and social responsibility. *Responsibilities:*  - Assist in conducting community needs assessments and data collection for program planning and evaluation.  - Support case management activities under supervision, including client intake, documentation, and follow -up.  - Participate in outreach initiatives, workshops, and awareness campaigns targeting at -risk populations.  - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement community -based interventions.  - Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with NGO protocols and ethical standards.  - Contribute to the development of educational materials, newsletters, and social media content to promote program visibility.  - Demonstrate empathy, cultural sensitivity, and ethical judgment in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.  *Requirements:*  - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.  - Demonstrated problem -solving abilities and a proactive mindset in addressing social challenges.  - Genuine social spirit, commitment to public service, and passion for equity and inclusion.  - Ability to work effectively in a team -oriented environment with adaptability and resilience.  - Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and online collaboration tools).  - Availability for full -time or part -time internship as per program schedule
