Responsibilities:Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.Support the setup and configuration of user devices and software applications.Help document IT procedures, inventory systems, and technical assets.Participate in the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols.Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve system efficiency.Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal digital tools and platforms.Attend team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.Provide timely and professional support to staff across departments with IT -related inquiries.
