Ensure Client Safety: Prioritize patient safety by strictly adhering to proper safety protocols and guidelines during all laser procedures. Client Education: Educate patients about the laser hair removal process, pre - and post -treatment care, and expected outcomes to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the procedure. Maintain Detailed Records: Utilize the clinic's specialized application to document all patient interactions, treatment details, progress, and any adverse reactions, ensuring accurate and organized record -keeping. Calibrate and Maintain Laser Equipment: Regularly calibrate and maintain laser equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and effectiveness during treatments. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay up -to -date with the latest laser hair removal techniques, equipment advancements, and safety protocols through research and the use of technology resources. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns or questions during and after treatments, and ensuring a positive overall experience documented in the application. Requirements Education & Experience ●       High school diploma or equivalent. ●       Specialized training and certification in laser hair removal procedures. ●       Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or working in a cosmetic dermatology clinic.
