Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a motivated Sales Executive in Doha, Qatar, to achieve sales targets and qualitative objectives while enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction within the showroom environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and qualitative objectives as per quarterly agreements.

  • Meet monthly KPIs set by management, including generating new leads, ensuring data quality, facilitating test drives, and minimizing lapsed opportunities.

  • Engage in active and proactive prospecting to identify and develop new sales opportunities within the showroom.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to enhance the buying experience.

  • Collaborate with the CRM department to optimize customer relationship management and enhance lead generation.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the showroom environment.

  • Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing detailed product information and addressing inquiries.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Participate in regular sales training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, in the automotive industry and in a showroom setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering excellence.

  • Proficient in Arabic and English.
