Overview

Our partner is a B2B platform specializing in providing digital solutions to the event industry. Their platform empowers event organizers with seamless tools to sell tickets, manage attendees, and grow their business. They are looking for a Product Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Product Marketing & Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in growing the platform's user base by managing digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. Your focus will be on optimizing the customer journey—from initial discovery to conversion—through email marketing, paid ads, SEO, social media, and performance-driven growth strategies. This is a part time role (4 hours per day), but can become a full time role if positive results are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention.Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.Email & Content Marketing:
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.Develop engaging marketing copy, blog content, and landing pages to drive engagement.Implement A/B testing strategies to improve email performance and conversion rates.SEO & Website Optimization:
Enhance website SEO to increase organic traffic and improve discoverability.Monitor website conversion rates and implement A/B testing for continuous optimization.Social Media & Community Growth:
Manage and grow the platform's presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant social media channels.Create and schedule engaging content, track performance metrics, and drive audience engagement.Work with designers to develop visuals and marketing assets for campaigns.Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing (preferably in a B2B or event tech environment).Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.Strong understanding of SEO, website analytics (Google Analytics), and email marketing tools.Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel building.Excellent copywriting and content marketing skills.Ability to analyze marketing performance data and extract actionable insights.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.Nice to Have:
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).Experience in the event tech industry.Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) for creating social media and ad creatives.
