 The Role

We, at Supersub, are seeking a highly driven Recruitment Consultant & Headhunter to join our consulting team. This remote role offers an opportunity to provide expert talent acquisition solutions, strategic guidance, and full-cycle headhunting services to a diverse international client base.

You will be essential in managing and executing critical talent mandates for our clients, acting as the primary liaison between the client's hiring team and the external candidate market to drive value and ensure key commercial objectives are met through strategic hiring.

 The Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert and primary consultant for client recruitment needs, overseeing the entire talent acquisition process from job briefing to candidate placement.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including direct headhunting, advanced search, and networking, to identify top-tier candidates for specialized client roles.
  • Configure and customize recruitment strategies based on specific client needs, including defining ideal candidate profiles, designing interview processes, and managing offer negotiations.
  • Monitor and analyze key recruitment performance metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire) to recommend strategic improvements to the client's internal hiring framework.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including candidate screening, conducting initial interviews, and presenting curated shortlists to clients.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and our internal teams in defining ideal organizational structures and ensuring the recruitment approach is fully optimized for the client's long-term growth.
  • Manage and deliver projects involving comprehensive candidate documentation, market mapping reports, and project tracking, ensuring seamless and confidential execution.
  • Conduct market audits and competitor analysis to provide clients with insights into current talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
  • Lead client onboarding and training sessions on best-practice interviewing techniques and candidate experience management.
  • Work on internal projects outside of client mandates, such as developing internal sourcing tools, refining recruitment methodologies, and contributing to Supersub's thought leadership on talent solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in recruitment technology (ATS, CRM) and labor market trends.

 The Skills & Competencies

  • Proven knowledge and experience (minimum of 2 years) in full-cycle recruiting or professional headhunting within a consultancy or agency environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B business environment, ideally in sales, technology, or consulting recruitment.
  • BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for advanced sourcing and candidate outreach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of managing sensitive conversations with both clients and senior candidates.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to creatively overcome challenging talent searches.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to execute complex search assignments independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
  • Discretion and commitment to strict confidentiality regarding client roles and candidate information.

 The Differentiators

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is a significant advantage, particularly for European client mandates.
  • Experience recruiting for sales development, GTM (Go-to-Market), or BDR/AE roles.
  • Experience working with the Teamtailor ATS.
  • Knowledge of global labor laws and contracting best practices.
