Job Opening: Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations efficiently and professionally.
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Plan and execute plats du jour, international cuisine, and catering menus.
Maintain consistency, quality, and cost control across all dishes.
Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
University graduate in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in kitchen management.
Strong expertise in plats du jour, international cuisine, and catering.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results under pressure.
