Senior Recruiter (Remote)

At Pitch Health Solutions, we empower our team to excel while maintaining the highest standards of culture, compliance, and performance. We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our team and help grow our sales organization through high-volume, fast-paced recruitment.

What You'll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, from sourcing to offer stage.Recruit, screen, and onboard 50+ sales agents within tight timelines.Execute high-volume recruiting strategies across job boards, referrals, social media, and outbound sourcing.Conduct fast-paced interviews while maintaining strong candidate quality.Partner with sales leadership to forecast hiring needs and meet aggressive growth targets.Maintain a strong candidate pipeline using an ATS.Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, hire volume, and pipeline conversion rates.Continuously optimize sourcing and screening processes to improve speed and quality.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales recruitment.Proven success in high-volume, short time-to-hire environments.Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
