About the Role

We are seeking a Client Protection & Compliance Manager with a law background to lead and enhance our compliance framework, legal documentation processes, and client protection standards. This role ensures that all Infoquest operations, expert interactions, and client engagements are conducted in alignment with legal, regulatory, and ethical practices.

This person will be hands-on in monitoring day-to-day compliance flags on our projects, managing escalations, conducting regular training for employees on client protection and compliance best practices, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, and supporting building the compliance function from the ground up. 

 What You'll DoClient Protection & Risk Oversight

• Monitor employee interactions and workflows to ensure ethical conduct and adherence to internal policies.
• Identify and flag compliance risks or behavioral red flags, and own action plan for each risk. 
• Ensure all engagements with clients and experts respect confidentiality, data protection, and responsible information sharing.
• Serve as the escalation point for compliance concerns and client protection queries.

Compliance Training & Development

• Design and deliver compliance training sessions to strengthen employee understanding of compliance standards.
• Conduct onboarding compliance training for new joiners and scheduled refresher sessions for existing staff.
• Support the development of a strong compliance culture grounded in accountability and professional responsibility.

Operational Compliance

• Ensure workflows across sourcing, client delivery, and data handling meet compliance expectations.
• Maintain compliance registers, documentation logs, and corrective action records.
• Work closely with management to ensure the company stays aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.

Legal & Documentation

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, agreements, internal policies, and compliance manuals.
• Provide legal perspective and advisory guidance to internal teams when reviewing documents or handling external requests.
• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with regulatory and internal requirements.

 What We're Looking ForRequired

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 3–8 years of experience in compliance, corporate legal roles, client protection, or regulated sectors (e.g., finance, consulting, legal services).
• Experience in client protection, corporate legal work, compliance, or regulated industries (e.g., financial services or consulting).
• Strong understanding of contract drafting, business agreements, confidentiality policies, and risk controls.
• Ability to train and guide employees on compliance matters.
• Strong communication, discretion, and professional ethics.
• Must be able to work on-site.

Nice to Have

• Experience in compliance program development or policy administration.
• Experience delivering internal training or workshops.
