Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer questions.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

Serve orders promptly and ensure all items are delivered correctly.

Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Handle billing, collect payments, and issue receipts when needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.

Follow grooming and uniform standards at all times.

Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.

Adhere to all company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
