Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Understanding of database design principles and normalization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with meta-related aspects of web advertising  
- Experience in planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns, particularly through SMS / WhatsApp and email.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- API Integration: Ability to develop custom integrations to enhance campaign capabilities, ensuring seamless data flow and automation across channels.
- Meta Information for WhatsApp: Proficiency in optimizing meta information for WhatsApp to create attractive and informative link previews, enhancing user engagement when sharing content via WhatsApp

Responsibilities:

- Assist in installing and configuring database management systems.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and patches
- Assist in implementing and maintaining database security measures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Work with development teams to optimize database schema and queries.
- Assist in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize queries and database structures for better performance
- Implement and maintain database backup and recovery procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Work collaboratively with other IT professionals and teams.
- Provide support to developers and other stakeholders.
