Job Description1. Maintaining the cleanliness of the section where one works at all times.
2. Preparing the stands and tables with merchandise according to established practices and ensuring the cleanliness of the floors continuously.
3. Welcoming customers and assisting them by verifying and discovering each customer's needs and desires.
4. Guiding customers by accompanying them to the shelves and stands, and suggesting products to them.
5. Advising customers by providing comprehensive information about the displayed goods.
6. Helping customers make choices by building trust with them and offering suggestions and opinions.
7. Being knowledgeable about the specifications of the displayed goods and the approved promotions and discounts, as well as the payment, return, and refund policies (if any) and the safety and security procedures.
8. Monitoring and identifying any security risks or thefts, and knowing how to handle such situations and circumstances.
9. Contributing to the collective effort by being able to work within a team and achieving the desired results.
10. Marketing to the customer and increasing sales.
11. Receiving merchandise from the warehouse and ensuring the count if requested by the direct supervisor.
12. Guiding the customer to the Cashier and assisting them.
