Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Maintain constant cleanliness of the assigned department.
Arrange stands and tables with merchandise as per company standards and ensure floors are always clean.
Welcome and greet customers by offering assistance, identifying, and understanding their needs and preferences.
Guide customers by accompanying them to shelves and stands, and recommending suitable products.
Provide advice to customers by delivering comprehensive information about displayed merchandise.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by building trust and offering suggestions and opinions.
Possess full knowledge of product specifications, promotions, discounts, payment, exchange, and refund policies (if applicable), as well as safety and security procedures.
Monitor and identify potential security risks or theft incidents, and know how to handle such situations appropriately.
Contribute to team efforts by working collaboratively and achieving required results.
Promote products to customers and maximize sales.
Receive merchandise from the warehouse and verify quantities when requested by the direct supervisor.
Direct customers to the cashier and assist them when needed.
Commit to annual and semi-annual inventory counts of the branch and be accountable for inventory discrepancies within the agreed percentage.
Ensure merchandise display is organized, color-coordinated, and that sizes are correctly arranged.
