MADI International is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely from Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing data efficiently, with a strong understanding of order approval processes and data number tracking.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data accurately into company systems
Track and monitor order numbers and ensure proper data alignment
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order approvals
Verify data accuracy and flag discrepancies when needed
Generate basic reports related to order status and data tracking
Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of company data
Based in Lebanon with ability to work remotely
Prior experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support
Basic knowledge of order management or approval workflows
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
