Product Manager-Endoscopy

Our client, a well known medical service company in Beirut is looking for a Product Manager-Endoscopy. The candidate is responsible for product launching and planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle. Leads the implementation of the product strategic roadmap working closely with hospitals, doctors to identify, drive, and coordinate the conceptualization, design, and development of product solutions that meet program needs and drive success.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives
- Recommend and implement enhancements to current business practices to effectively integrate business processes and improve efficiency
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other internal teams to shape product requirements, features and end products
- Work closely with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps for
- Endoscopy products
- Ensure achievement of Endoscopy yearly budget in line with the agreed marketing plan
Experience and Education Qualifications
- 5-6 years of proven experience in product management, sales, or customer relationship within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Experience in dealing directly with hospitals and doctors
- Strong background and hands-on experience with Endoscopy or Urology products
- Solid track record in managing product portfolios, market analysis, and strategic planning
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
