Responsible for driving the growth and success of OMT products and cards portfolio. This role involves a combination of product management and business development responsibilities to identify opportunities, create innovative solutions, and expand market reach.

Leads OMT's efforts in:
➢ Products & Cards Planning & Development
➢ Market Research and Analysis
➢ Cards Planning and Budgeting
➢ Managing Lifecycle of New and Complex Products/Cards
➢ Products Performance Review

Market Research and Analysis

• Conducts market research to identify market needs, pain points, and emerging trends in the financial and fintech sectors

• Analyzes competitive landscape and market positioning to identify gaps and opportunities

• Uses data and market insights to refine product strategies and reform business development initiatives

• Works closely and collaborates with business development team members on market information and data collection and interpretation

Business Development & Partnerships

• Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth

• Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances within the financial services or fintech sector locally and globally

• Develops framework of collaboration and aligns on the scope of services/products that will be developed

• Leads negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favourable terms and mutually beneficial agreements

• Develops business plans for new services and products as well as go to market strategy

Products Development (with focus on Cards)

• Develops and executes a strategy for new products/cards in alignment with OMT corporate goals and market trends

• Works with teams across OMT to launch new features, improve performance, and deliver great card experiences for users

• Ensures card products follow all regulations and internal processes Leads the entire products lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch along with supporting improvement initiatives for on-going complex ones

• Defines and prioritizes products features, enhancements, and improvements based on Stakeholders' feedback and competitive analysis

• Collaborates and coordinates with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility of new projects, ensure their efficient implementation and delivery, alignment and prioritization

• Monitors and analyses complex products performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize offerings

• Provides support on products' improvements once operational once product is developed to hand it over to sales and operations teams

• Monitors key metrics like activation, spend, and retention

• Prepares reports and dashboards for internal teams

Process Improvement

• Analyses the current processes to identify any areas of improvements and proactively seek solutions and recommendations across the division.

• Handles the process design, evaluation and implementation in functional areas

• Collaborates and trains colleagues on new processes, procedures and systems all while sharing ideas and supporting projects

Analysis & Reporting

• Manages budget & forecast, prepares and analyses numbers and figures

• Connects frequently and actively with colleagues probing for additional information to improve the overall division output

• Submits monthly & yearly reports and measures performance and results

Qualifications:

• University degree in business administration, economics, computer science, information systems, or related field

• EMBA or MBA is a must

Technical Skills:

• Fully proficient in English and Arabic, French is a plus

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in developing business lines and products/cards

• Vast Experience in cards systems; knowledge in digital wallet is a plus

• Experience in usability and customer-focused products' design

• Passion for building great products/cards to meet customer and business needs and Fintech mindset

10-12 years
