Job DescriptionAs a Sales Associate at our Gemmayzeh Boutique, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our unique brand ethos. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding the perfect garments, and contribute to the overall success of our boutique. This position requires a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for our brand's story and products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the boutique.
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences and our brand aesthetic.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings, including materials, designs, and customization options.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Process transactions accurately.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Uphold the boutique's visual standards by ensuring displays are visually appealing and reflect the brand's image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Location: Gemmayzeh Boutique, Beirut, Lebanon
Job Type: Part-Time (3-4 days per week), Flexible Schedule
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, particularly in luxury fashion or boutique settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of garment construction and styling.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work 3-4 days per week, including Saturdays.
