Job Description
Organize workflow and ensure that team members understand their duties or delegated tasks
Address customers' requests, comments, complaints and resolve problems
Motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
Monitor team productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

Skills
Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role in retail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
Good knowledge of MS Office
A bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent qualification
