Marketing Assistant for growing Startup in Real Estate and Hospitality

As we continue to expand our operations and scale our business, we are seeking a motivated Assictant to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.
Job DescriptionBranding:
- Develop and execute branding strategies to promote and overall development of projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling branding assets and promotional content.
Website Management:
- Maintain and update the project website with relevant information about progress, and upcoming events.
- Optimize website content for search engine visibility and user experience.
- Monitor website analytics to track visitor engagement and identify areas for improvement.
Client Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Ensure a smooth transition for clients from inquiry to registration, addressing any questions or concerns along the way.
Administrative Support:
- Handle various administrative tasks, including IT and HR-related duties, to support activities.
- Assist with booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for project stakeholders.
- Organize files and maintain documentation related to client agreements, purchase orders, and permits.
Procurement Coordination:
- Manage the procurement process for equipment, supplies, and services needed.
- Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and place purchase orders.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
- Additional experience or certifications in marketing, branding, or digital media would strengthen the candidate's ability to develop effective branding strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in website development and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Squarespace would be beneficial for managing and updating the project website.
- Experience using CRM software to manage client interactions, track leads, and analyze customer data would streamline client onboarding and relationship management processes.
- Familiarity with procurement procedures, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques would enable the candidate to leverage website analytics, market research, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Excellent Communication Skills especially English.
