As we continue to expand our operations and scale our business, we are seeking a motivated Assictant to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.

Job Description

  1. Branding:

    • Develop and execute branding strategies to promote and overall development of projects.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling branding assets and promotional content.

  2. Website Management:

    • Maintain and update the project website with relevant information about progress, and upcoming events.
    • Optimize website content for search engine visibility and user experience.
    • Monitor website analytics to track visitor engagement and identify areas for improvement.

  3. Client Onboarding:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for clients from inquiry to registration, addressing any questions or concerns along the way.

  4. Administrative Support:

    • Handle various administrative tasks, including IT and HR-related duties, to support activities.
    • Assist with booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for project stakeholders.
    • Organize files and maintain documentation related to client agreements, purchase orders, and permits.

  5. Procurement Coordination:

    • Manage the procurement process for equipment, supplies, and services needed.
    • Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and place purchase orders.
    • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Additional experience or certifications in marketing, branding, or digital media would strengthen the candidate's ability to develop effective branding strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Proficiency in website development and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Squarespace would be beneficial for managing and updating the project website.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage client interactions, track leads, and analyze customer data would streamline client onboarding and relationship management processes.
  • Familiarity with procurement procedures, contract negotiation, and vendor management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques would enable the candidate to leverage website analytics, market research, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills especially English.
