Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the graphic design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality design projects.
Develop and implement creative design strategies that align with company objectives and enhance clients' digital presence.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX/UI, web and app development, and business consultancy to create visually appealing and impactful marketing campaigns and materials.
Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all projects and platforms.
Oversee the design process from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver exceptional results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other industry-standard tools.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
