Since 2001, Tchooz Shoes S.A.L (pronounced Choose Shoes) has become a leader in regional distribution and a pioneer in the Sports Industry after starting its journey of consistent growth year after year.
Being appointed as an exclusive agent of various branded sportswear and collaborating with international suppliers has strengthened us in our venture of becoming a multi-brand store.
Back in 2004, we opened our 1st PUMA flagship store in Downtown and today, we manage our own chain of retail shops in different districts and an E-commerce store.
Tchooz Shoes has been associated with multiple awards, including "PUMA Distributor Award on 2011" and "PUMA Distributor Award on 2014".
Job Description- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling employees and following up on work results.
- Maintains store staff job results by training, coaching and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing Daily targets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons to understand service requirements.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
- Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and sales records.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible for all banking functions related to the store including making bank deposits, filling change requirements, etc.
- Perform necessary record keeping and reporting of money, sales and production in an accurate and timely manner.
- Troubleshoots daily close out and shift sales analysis.
- Additional store manager duties as needed.

Related Work Experience
5+ years' experience retails sales management with proven track record
