We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to join our international Helpdesk team. This is more than just a support role; it's a central position where you will act as a bridge between our clients and internal technical teams. You will be the key to diagnosing issues, driving resolutions, and improving our processes—all from the comfort of your home in Lebanon.
TasksYour Mission: Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the frontline hero for our international clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Be the Voice of Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing technical inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot: Investigate and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to networks, software, and servers (including DNS, SSL, FTP, VPN).
- Drive Issue Resolution: Take ownership of complex tickets, performing initial diagnostics and providing clear, detailed information to escalation teams for a swift resolution.
- Improve & Innovate: Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring problems, propose long-term solutions, and help update knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Mentor & Guide: Share your knowledge and help mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Enhance Client Satisfaction: Actively participate in projects aimed at improving the overall efficiency and quality of our Helpdesk services.
What You Bring to the Team (Requirements)
The Essentials:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or IT/telecom operations role.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing), server management, and software troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Full professional fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Based in Lebanon with a dedicated workspace and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.

- Technical certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL.
- Hands-on experience with VoIP, 5G, SD-WAN, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
