*Social Media Manager* ========================= *Summary* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and develop a comprehensive strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media plans, managing content, monitoring analytics, and analyzing results to optimize our social media presence. *Responsibilities* * Plan and implement social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) * Create high -quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience * Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and minimize downtime * Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) to optimize performance * Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build brand loyalty * Stay up -to -date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices * Collaborate with cross -functional teams (marketing, communications, product) to ensure social media alignment with business objectives *Requirements* * 3+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field * Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and engagement growth * Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, and best practices * Excellent content creation and writing skills, with ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms * Strong analytical and problem -solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions * Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
