ROLE SUMMARY
The Public Relations Officer is responsible for managing official communications, liaising with local governmental authorities and ensuring smooth operational compliance for the business in Lebanon. This role requires proactive ownership, attention to detail and the ability to deliver timely solutions across a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
ROLE PROFILE
- Collect, prepare, and submit official documents to the relevant internal and external parties.
- Ensure all documents are delivered accurately and within specified timelines.
- Manage and complete various ad-hoc tasks related to the company s operations in Lebanon.
- Provide timely support to different departments as needed, ensuring operational continuity.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to local governmental authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws for official company vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain the company vehicle, including service, repairs and documentation.
- Follow up on and manage formalities, registrations, and processes with local government authorities (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense, Economic Department, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role in Lebanon.
- Experience managing administrative tasks and liaising with government authorities is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
