Mission Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Developer to join our team and contribute to the end-to-end development of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing BI dashboards, starting from data ingestion and integration to data modeling, visualization, and distribution. This role demands a strong understanding of diverse and complex business processes, as the scope spans across multiple domains.
Experience Level: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy BI dashboards using modern visualization technologies.
Implement data integration pipelines and manage data ingestion processes.
Translate business requirements into scalable data models and actionable insights.
Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on all assigned tasks through to completion.
Collaborate closely with team members to propose enhancement initiatives and technical improvements.
Remain adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities and evolving project scopes.
Participate actively in team activities and maintain transparent communication with management.
Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional and collaborative manner.
Required Technical Skills
Advanced SQL – Strong query development and data manipulation capabilities.
Data Modeling – Ability to design, maintain, and optimize relational and dimensional models.
Qlik Sense – Proficiency in building and customizing dashboards using Qlik Sense.
Talend Data Integration (Optional but Preferred) – Experience in ETL processes using Talend is a plus.
