Position: Marketing AssistantJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts . This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.Duties & Responsibilities:- Assist in the planning, execution and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and seasonal offers.- Track campaign performance metrics (sales lift, traffic, engagement) and prepare basic reports.- Ensure in-store materials (posters, flyers, display) are delivered and displayed.- Assist in managing the company's social media presence and website content- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments- Manage marketing files, databases, and supplier contact lists.- follow up on payments, and support budgeting documentation.- Compile monthly marketing performance summaries and expense tracking sheets.- Provide support to the marketing department as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite- Experience with social media management and content creation- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
