Dash Recruits Field Sales Representative (Pest Control) Our client is a leading pest-control service provider. As part of its growth plan, the company is hiring a Field Sales Representative to develop new business and manage relationships with residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new customers for pestcontrol services by visiting homes, shops, restaurants, hotels and warehouses.Conduct site inspections, identify pest issues and propose tailored service packages.Build longterm relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.Coordinate with technicians to schedule treatments and follow up on service effectiveness.Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals and contracts; report weekly to the sales manager. Requirements Proven experience in field sales (ideally in services such as pest control, facilities management, cleaning or home maintenance).Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to educate clients about pest-control solutions and safety.Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Self-motivated, persuasive and adept at working independently to meet targets.
