Creative Team Lead

Position Overview: Our client, a diversified retail group in Beirut, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced a Creative Team Lead to join their team. The Creative Team Lead is responsible for leading and expanding the Creative Department, ensuring brand excellence across all visual communications and marketing channels. This role oversees creative strategy, team development, and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver consistent, high-impact brand representation across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage the Creative Department, currently including one graphic designerRecruit, train, and mentor additional team members including content creators andspecialized designersDevelop team workflows, creative processes, and quality standardsFoster a collaborative creative environment that encourages innovation and excellenceConduct performance reviews and provide ongoing professional developmentguidance Creative Strategy & Brand Development Develop comprehensive creative concepts and innovative design solutions alignedwith business objectivesLead branding initiatives and brand evolution projects across the groups brand portfolio.Upscale and enhance current branding standards while maintaining brand integrityEnsure consistent visual identity across all platforms and communicationsStay current with design trends, market standards, and industry best practices Design & Content Creation Oversee creation of high-quality graphic design materials for print and digitalplatformsDirect social media content creation across all group brandsSupervise website content development and visual design for group websitesManage photography direction and post-production workflowsOversee/execute video editing and multimedia content productionCombine graphics and written content to create visually compelling layouts Production & Project Management Manage end-to-end production processes from concept to final deliveryCoordinate printing and production schedules with external vendorsEnsure quality control throughout all production phasesFollow up with external parties on designed materials and deliverablesMaintain project timelines and budget adherence Cross-Departmental Collaboration Partner closely with Marketing team to align creative output with marketing strategiesCollaborate with Retail Stores team to ensure brand consistency in-storeWork with Commercial and Wholesale departments to support brand distribution andexposureCoordinate with Visual Merchandising team to maintain consistent store brandingSupport E-commerce team with digital asset creation and optimizationReport directly to Business Development Manager on creative initiatives anddepartment performance Qualifications: Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentorcreative professionalsExpertise in branding, visual identity development, and creative strategyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)and other design toolsSolid knowledge of multimedia production, photography, and video editingStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and contentcreation trendsExcellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to balance creativity with business objectives and strategic goalsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Personal Attributes Visionary, innovative, and passionate about design and branding excellenceHighly creative with a strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytellingCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departmentsResilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressureStrong decision-making skills with a proactive and hands-on approachProfessional integrity and commitment to upholding brand standardsContinuous learner, staying current with industry innovations and trends
