SAP S4HANA Procurement Expert

At Taozeef, we are seeking an accomplished SAP S4HANA Procurement Expert to lead the finance module implementation in collaboration with the SAP Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between the Procurement Department and the SAP implementation team.
• Ensure clear communication of business requirements to the SAP implementation partner.
• Collaborate with the Business Process Owner (BPO) to gather, document, and validate business requirements specific to the Procurement Department.
• Verify that all requirements are accurately reflected in the SAP S4HANA system.
• Validate and approve department-specific configurations and customizations in the SAP system.
• Ensure configurations align with business requirements and processes.
• Document any issues, changes, or updates to processes and configurations.
• Provide regular updates to the implementation team and department leadership.
• Regularly consult with the department's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical insights and advanced configurations.
• Engage in joint sessions with SMEs for detailed process mapping, validation, and problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Data Migration
  • Perform necessary actions when needed to guarantee proper data quality
  • Facilitate data migration efforts for the Procurement Department, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee the preparation, cleansing, and validation of data to be migrated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or extensive application usage.
• Deep understanding of SAP procurement processes.
• 5-8 years of experience in procurement.
