Senior Cost Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to oversee the cost estimates and plans for our building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will conduct detailed estimations and quantity take-offs, prepare cost plans and budget estimates, and collaborate with project teams.

• Conduct detailed estimations and quantity take-offs for roads and transportation projects.
• Prepare cost plans and budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise in design, planning, and execution phases.
• Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation and/or technical roles within Infrastructure, Building, Transportation projects.
• Knowledge of estimation processes, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and material sourcing.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
