Project Manager (Estimation) Role Overview

As a Project Manager (Estimation), you will play a key role in the delivery of our construction projects. This involves overseeing the cost estimates and plans for projects, ensuring accuracy and collaboration with project teams for seamless execution.

  • Conduct detailed estimations and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare budget estimates and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise in design, planning, and execution phases.
  • Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in estimation and/or technical roles within infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of estimation processes, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and material sourcing.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
