As a senior artificial intelligence developer, you will lead the technical team of a new venture in the healthcare space. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and deploy AI-powered features that seamlessly integrate across multiple products.

  • You will own the entire software stack, including databases, APIs, front-end, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
  • You will champion best practices in code quality, testing, project management, and observability, mentoring peers through pair programming.
  • Collaboration is key; you will work with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years developing and deploying AI-driven solutions within SaaS products or similar environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Expertise in AI technologies, cutting-edge ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras), and AI platforms (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot).
  • Proficiency with AI toolchains such as LangChain/Smith, LlamaIndex, and other LLM libraries/frameworks.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology and software-development trends.
