Recruitment Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at RecruitMe Plus. As a key member of our Executive search and recruitment department, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, rapid, and professional recruitment process for our clients and candidates.

• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Advise clients on our services, policies, and processes
• Design and disseminate job advertisements through various channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and guide stakeholders through our processes
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate reference checks
• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders
• Attend job fairs and represent RecruitMe Plus
• Develop candidate rosters and employ innovative sourcing methods

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relative experience
• Resourceful and experienced in proactive sourcing
• Proven track record in filling key positions across the GCC region
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
• Excellent writing and communication skills
