What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, people operations, and culture.

To Succeed In This Role, You Need To

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts.Handle day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and business objectives.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Utilize ATS and HRIS systems for recruitment and people management tasks.Coordinate and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment.Prior agency experience is a plus.Knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Excellent multitasking skills.
