About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at PRI, a renowned Lebanese F&B leader. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the COO in day-to-day operations, focusing on sales, warehousing, and key accounts management.
  • Oversee procurement, shipping, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to supermarkets and HORECA clients.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure the highest levels of service to our high-end clientele.
  • Take ownership of operations, with the goal of stepping into a more senior leadership role.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, ideally in F&B or a similar sector.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics.
  • Experience in managing warehousing and sales operations.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and manage high-value relationships.
  • A proactive, adaptable leader with a passion for growth and operational excellence.
