Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations and implement cutting-edge automation systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Our client is a premier Lebanese importer of frozen seafood and dry foods with exclusive partnerships in Lebanon and the Middle East. They have built an outstanding reputation over their 25 years of excellence in delivering high-quality imported products to their esteemed clientele.

The ideal candidate will manage and mentor warehouse staff, oversee inventory and logistics, and ensure the efficient handling of delicate food products within a 1200 square meter facility that accommodates around 2500 items, including dry and frozen foods.

• Assess current warehouse operations and develop strategic plans for automation and process improvements.
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and employee coordination.
• Implement cutting-edge automation systems to optimize operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Design and maintain an organized warehouse layout that maximizes space utilization and ensures proper storage conditions for various food products.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols and the highest standards in food handling.

• Proven experience in warehouse management and automation implementation, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse technologies, including inventory management systems and material handling equipment.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $1250-$1750 per month.
