Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for various projects.
Design Execution:
Create visually appealing graphics for digital media, print materials, websites, social media, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working within budget constraints.
Client
Collaboration:
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective visual designs.
Feedback Incorporation:
Receive and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and improve final outputs.
Research & Trends:
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software; familiarity with web design tools such as Sketch or Figma is a plus.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.
Creativity:
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop original design concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
