Job overview: The Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's services and enhance client engagement. This role involves creating strategies to drive online traffic, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring that marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives.
_Key responsibilities: _
1- Campaign Development and Management:
> Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, PPC, print).
> Develop marketing strategies that align with the client's business goals and target audience.
> Coordinate with content creators to produce relevant, engaging, and high-quality content for marketing campaigns.
2- Market Research and Analysis:
> Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
> Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, ROI) and generate reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
> Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
3- Brand Management:
> Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
> Develop and maintain brand guidelines and communicate them effectively to the team.
> Assist in creating branding projects, including brand strategies, logo design, messaging, and visual identity.
4- Social Media Management:
> Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
> Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions.
> Collaborate with the community and page manager to develop social media content calendars and post schedules.
5- Content Creation Support:
> Work closely with content creators to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
> Ensure that content aligns with marketing objectives and brand voice.
> Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including videos, graphics, blog posts, and newsletters.
6-Client Communication and Reporting:
> Regularly communicate with clients to discuss marketing strategies, campaign progress, and performance results.
