Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Supervisor at Rim Natural Spring Mineral Water S.A.L. located in Antelias.

The Area Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating training for staff, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the area.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, address their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
