Job Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our creative team to develop visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and advertising materials.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including print and digital media, branding, social media assets, presentations, and more.

You will lead the graphic design team in collaboration with art directors. You need to have the eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and engaging visual designs for marketing and advertising materials, ensuring they align with the client's brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Assist in the creation and production of print and digital assets, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
  • Paricipate in brainstorming sessions, contibuing fresh ideas and treatve concepts to support
campaign development.

  • Collaborate on daily basis with art directors.
  • Stay updated on the industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform design decisions and ensure the final output is visually compelling and on-trend.
  • Utilize graphic design software and other relevant tools to create high-quality designs that meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of designs across different platforms and mediums.
  • Supervise the graphic designers outcome, to be up to Origin Global Standards.
  • Take constructive feedback from the creative lead and incorporate it into design iterations to enhance the final deliverables.
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to enhance your own skills and improve design outputs.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across different materials.
  • Assist with general graphic design tasks, including image editing, resizing, and retouching.
Hard skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Basic understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
Soft skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and professional growth
