A well-known Electro-Mechanical Contracting Company located in Ashrafieh - Rmeil, ARCAN Sarl, is seeking for an administrative assistant.
Responsibilities

  • Provide high level administrative support by handling information requests.
  • Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Issuing invoices, receipts, work certificates and bank letters.
  • Support the Sales department by preparing Quotation and handling correspondence between Clients and Sales.
  • Support the Procurement department by placing Purchase Orders.

Requirements & Personal Characteristics:
-3 years of experience.

  • Good Communication skills in English, French and Arabic (Read/Write/Spoken).
  • Customer Oriented with positive attitude.
  • Excellent Organizing skills.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office (Word /Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook).
  • Excellent working knowledge of Telephone systems.
  • Work under pressure with lots of interruptions
