As a Sales and Engineering Professional, you will play a key role in promoting our company's products and services to customers, while also providing technical support and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Visit customers to deliver presentations, promote products, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collect, organize, and assemble data for reports, presentations, and special projects.
  • Provide technical support to customers, answering questions on systems, products, and application alternatives.
  • Attend project negotiation meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Design and deliver technical presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Record customer inquiries, complaints, and comments, and document actions taken.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate pricing policies with the sales manager and management team.
Required Skills:
  • Technical expertise in Air Conditioning systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Experience and Education:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and engineering, with a background in the AC industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Abilities:
  • Oral and written comprehension, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information.
  • Oral and written expression, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
