Key Responsibilities:


Design Coordination: Collaborate with design teams to develop facade solutions that align with project specifications and client requirements.Technical Oversight: Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material selections for facade systems.Project Management: Lead project teams in the execution of facade installation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and oversee testing to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.Client Interaction: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing queries and providing expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges that arise during the design and construction phases.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facade systems comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.


Qualifications:


Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in facade and management, preferably within a facade engineering or construction environment.Strong technical knowledge of materials and facade systems.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
