JOB ROLE

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Officer to ensure the completion of operations activities in a timely and successful manner.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- You will be assisting with various tasks, including coordinating projects, preparing presentations, organizing meetings, and conducting spot checks on cash flow invoices and petty cash.
- You will be conducting assessments, coordinating marketing campaigns, optimizing workflow, and implementing cost-saving initiatives by collaborating with various departments and managers.
- You will be coordinating with the Finance department to develop regular financial reports, collecting and generating reports related to operations objectives and KPIs.
- You will be ensuring the proper implementation of operations processes and procedures, accurately tracking the workflow, and reporting any repetitive discrepancies.
- You will be involved in coordinating preventive visits with environmental health services suppliers, ensuring project completion, and following up on maintenance requests.
- You will be coordinating with the HR department to develop learning initiatives, team-building activities, and entertainment events while consolidating all HR-related requests.

REQUIRED SKILLS (EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION) & COMPETENCIES:

- Bachelorâs degree Business, Hospitality or equivalent

- 1-2 yearsâ experience in any administrative role

- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Arabic and English literacy; French is a plus
