Job Description

This position can be based in Jordan or Lebanon.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of strategic marketing plan, customer engagement strategy, specific sales campaign etc.
  • Responsible for market scan, competition information collection & consolidation, and sales performance tracking, providing various analysis report/output as required to support business review and marketing strategy/tactical development.
  • Collaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team members, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions (with Health Care Professional (HCP) and non-HCP stakeholders) and synthesize the insights gained to identify target segments, to determine brand positioning, to drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization and to populate Brand Plan Insights Chapter.
  • Deliver efficient and effective marketing plans that encourage increased use and growth of brands.
  • Secure input and cross stakeholder viewpoints to develop a robust and accurate Patient Journey; propose strategic objectives for the Brand Team review based on Patient Journey findings.
  • Monitor brand KPIs, track ROI measurements for all marketing activities in order to achieve or exceed brand plan objectives.
  • Manage and support with the Internal compliance approval process for all events, including Sponsorships, Local, international CME initiatives, small meetings, Marketing projects.
  • Coordination and facilitation of core functional team meetings.
  • Support the unit in companion diagnostic follow-up (contract renewal, laboratory inclusion documents, training management logistics).
     

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Medical qualification is required (Pharmacist, Health specialist …).

Experience

  • 5+ years working experience in commercial (sales or marketing), preferably specialty line. 
  • Knowledge of access, value proposition and tender management business.
  • Relevant experience with proven track record of success in project management within biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skill, strategic thinking, and market insights.
  • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into strategies that will be translated as actionable and realistic marketing actions.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross functional teams.
  • Solid working knowledge of healthcare environment and evolving landscape.
  • Arabic and English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
