Landscape Project Coordinator and Sales Specialist

"We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Landscape Project Coordinator and Sales Specialist. This role is pivotal in designing landscape projects, creating compelling sales offers, managing inventory including ordering seeds, setting pricing strategies for our customers, conducting showroom sales meetings, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape design, strong sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and Planning: Utilize creative and technical skills to design initial landscape projects that meet client specifications and budget. Prepare and present project proposals, including sketches, blueprints, or digital designs.

● Sales and Marketing: Develop and present sales offers to potential and existing clients. Conduct showroom sales meetings to showcase our range of products and services. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to meet sales targets and expand our customer base.

● Inventory Management: Order seeds and other necessary materials for landscape projects. Maintain inventory levels to ensure project timelines are met without delay.

● Pricing and Quotations: Calculate and set competitive pricing for customers, taking into consideration project complexity, materials, and labor costs. Prepare detailed quotations and contracts for clients.

● Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service, including handling inquiries and support online or by phone. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Education and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.

● 2-3 years of experience in landscape design, or sales, with a portfolio of completed projects.

● Knowledgeable in plant materials, landscape products, and current design trends.

● Proficient in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Realtime).

● Experienced in inventory management.

● Familiar with pricing strategies and cost estimation for landscape projects.
